It's not really a bug with Wordpress, but with the way it's installed using Fantastico. In all the times I've installed Wordpress for people, I've never seen this problem <em>(due to the fact I install it manually)</em>. What you need to do though if you can is to make sure your admin files are set to chmod 755 and the folders set to the same permissions as well. Also make sure that you htaccess is set to the server writable 666. If you got any other questions. Give me a buzz on IM. I'll walk you through Wordpress.
